Right of Withdrawal
Under Luxembourg law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the goods by means of a clear statement. Please complete the contact us form.
Return Shipping
Once you have notified us of your intention to return the items, you will need to ship the items back to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Condition of Returned Goods
Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
Exclusion from Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized Items: All items that have been customized (including but not limited to embroidery, transfer, serigraphy, or any other form of customization applied to garments, accessories, or equipment) are excluded from returns, as they are tailored specifically to your order.
- Personalized or custom-made goods.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content which is not provided on a tangible medium (e.g., downloadable products).
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (not applicable for customized or excluded items). The refund will include the cost of the goods. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
